Tatting with the celtic picot. Frivolité met een keltische picot.

Again I made some patterns by Jennifer Williams. The first one is Motif using Celtic Picots on rings and the second one Celtic Picot on a chain. It is not difficult to make the celtic picot. With rings it is a bit more complicated than with chains because you need to hold the knot in the ring thread open with the ring and middle finger of your left hand.

Weer een paar patronen van Jennifer Williams. Het eerste is Motif  using Celtic Picots on rings and het tweede is Celtic Picot on a chain. De keltische picot is helemaal niet moeilijk, alleen bij een ring moet je met de middel- en ringvinger van je linkerhand het knoopje in de ringdraad openhouden.

  1. I think these celtic picots are something I need to try! A fun, interesting effect. Thank you for the inspiration, and the links to the patterns.

  2. Very pretty! I especially like the one on the left... another technique to learn!
